 You can contact us either by mail or by web site. All correspondences should be made by mail when we agree with the itinerary and prices, booking must be done by written mail.
We ensure all the services mentioned in the agreed itinerary: hotel bookings, flight bookings, transfers, visits, car rental, local guide bookings….
The better way for payment is by bank transfer when you receive all confirmation from us and if you have booked earlier prior your arrival date.
It is also possible to pay at arrival if your arrival is near to your booking time.
In case of cancellation, the normal time of cancellation is one month prior arrival but if that is not the case, we should be advised at least 1week before your arrival date.
