All correspondences should be written by e-mail when we agree with the itinerary and prices, booking must be done by written e-mail.
We ensure all the services mentioned in the agreed itinerary: hotel bookings, flight bookings, transfers, visits, car rental, local guide bookings….
Booking term
The better way for payment is by bank transfer. 30% deposit should be sent to us. after receiving all confirmation from us . The balance shoud be paid at 1 month prior arrival if you have booked earlier prior your arrival date
It is also possible to pay at arrival if your arrival is near to your booking time.
Cancellation term
For any reason of cancellation, we should be advised at least one month prior the arrival date. If that is not the case , for any emergency at least one week is neede to cancel all your bookings.
